Chris was referred to me from a friend when I was looking to purchase my condo. My criteria was quite specific with a limited budget. Essentially I was asking Chris to find me a needle in a haystack.
He did succeed in finding that needle. He helped me purchase a unit within budget, in the location i wanted to be in, 2 parking spots as I own a personal vehicle along with a work vehicle and something we knew would greatly appreciate in value over time.
He answered all my calls even if they were coming late into the evening/night, was always able to work with my schedule for showings.
All and all a great agent and I would highly recommend him to all friends and family!!
